Formatted E-mail

Electronic distribution is a good way to deliver materials directly to employees. Send your Microsoft Word documents (such as Webinar Promos) as formatted e-mails by following the instructions given here.
From your top menu bar in Microsoft Word, choose File > Save & Send > Send Using E-mail> Send as PDF. Then in your e-mail programme, enter your information along with an introductory message.

Utilisation is critical in showing the value of the employee support programme to the organisations you serve. All employees should receive clear, regular and memorable communication that leads them to the service.
Hang posters, send frequent e-mails and phone messages, include articles in the employee newsletter and payroll stuffers to increase the penetration of the message to a higher percentage of the workforce.
Consider all the channels that are available within your client companies and use a mix throughout the year.
Frequent and repetitive messages are effective in creating awareness and increasing utilisation.

Insert Logo

Delete the logo placeholder and then click in the area to activate an empty text box.
From your top menu bar in Microsoft Word, choose Insert > Picture.

Locate your logo on your computer and click insert. You can then resize your logo and the box that contains it.


Note:
 To resize an object proportionally, rather than “stretching” it, hold down the SHIFT key and click and drag at corners.
